Craniosacral Fascial Therapy
I believe that fascia is overlooked by conventional medicine and is often the missing piece to help return to a better quality of life.
Inspired by my experience with CFT in helping to resolve the impacts of traumatic injuries --- whether at birth, through sports, or due to accidents or exposure --- I am committed to sharing my practice and knowledge of fascia work. I been practicing Craniosacral Fascial Therapy since 2008 and am one of a few practitioners trained to teach CFT. As a partner with CFT Global, I teach around the world. I practice out of West Chester, PA where I work with newborns through adults with a variety of health issues.

Let's start at the foundation. Fascia is an all-encompassing web of connective tissue found throughout the body that structurally supports and protects the entire body as a whole. It is a transport system that helps nourish and detoxify the body. A healthy fascial system allows for the free flow of cerebrospinal fluid from the brain, down the spine and into the fascia.
Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT) works with your body's fascial system, an overlooked yet critical component to optimizing health and wellness. CFT unwinds your fascia, allowing healthy flow, and releasing trapped trauma, toxic tissue, and tight bodies. The gentle techniques of CFT can help adults unwind tight fascia and release years of strain. CFT clients can often find lasting relief from migraines, sinus conditions, neck and back pain, sleep issues, and other common conditions.
It is a gentle, non-invasive, and powerful way to address your health and wellness issues. Whether you are suffering from a new issue or are frustrated by a chronic condition that has been treated without success, CFT can help you regain your health and vitality.
Clients with a variety of issues --- migraines, headaches, concussions, lack of mobility, TMJ, infant colic, etc. --- talk about the positive impact of CFT on their health and well-being.
